How and Where to Buy Kingdom Karnage (KKT) – An Easy Step by Step Guide

In this article, we are going to be taking a look at Kingdom Karnage. (KKT) KKT is the native utility token to the fully tokenized Kingdom Karnage trading card game. With a play-to-earn model and assets being fully tradable as an NFT/FT, this game has become popular on a variety of different platforms.

What is KKT?

Released on January 9th, 2022, Kingdom Karnage (KKT) operates as the native token for the Kingdom Karnage online trading card game. This game uses the sometimes controversial Play-2-Earn model that encourages players into a gameplay loop that generates value for the Enjin ecosystems and the earned KKT tokens. Additionally, many trading card assets operate as either NFTs or FTs, allowing them to be traded and speculated upon.

This model is in many ways similar to the speculative value inherent to many trading card games but designed via the BEP-20 Binance blockchain. On the technical side, KKT uses a Proof of Stake protocol and is additionally available on the Jumpnet blockchain. This trading card game is cross-platform, playable in web browsers, Steam, Android, and road mapped for IOS and Abyss.

Step 1: Register on Fiat-to-Crypto Exchange

As an altcoin KKT is a little different from other tokens and requires a few extra steps, but like all other altcoins, it still must be purchased via trading it for another cryptocurrency. Unlike other altcoins that use the ERC-20 standard, KKT cannot be purchased directly via trading Ethereum (ETH) or Bitcoin. (BTC) Instead, KKT operates on the BEP20 standard and therefore must be purchased via SmartChain (BNB)

So, the first step will be to register with a Fiat-to-Crypto Exchange that handles BNB. For this guide, we will be using TrustWallet, which can be downloaded via the Apple Store or the Google Play Store. After you’ve finished the download, follow the onscreen instruction to send/link a fiat account to your TrustWallet Account. Now send/wire the amount of fiat you wish to your TrustWallet.

When looking for an exchange it helps to shop around as different exchanges will offer different services and fees. CryptoWallet.com is one such exchange that is safe and simple to use and can be easily found on the Apple Store or Google Play Store. While it does not currently support BNB trading, it is worth keeping an eye on for other types of altcoin trading.

Step 2: Buy BNB with Fiat Money

Now your fiat will be displayed in your TrustWallet, and you can now trade that fiat for some BNB SmartChain. Firstly, find your way over to the trading tab found on the TrustWallet app. Select the trading option BNB SmartChain, the amount you wish to purchase and select ‘trade.’

Many different altcoin exchanges such as MetaMask, TrustWallet, and CyrptoWallet will incorporate on-screen price charts, market data, and trading tools that if used correctly will allow you to make the best decision with your money.

After you’ve hit ‘trade’ a brief confirmation period will occur, usually under 30 mins. Once completed the purchased amount of BNB SmartChain will be displayed on the screen in your TrustWallet app.

Step 3: Transfer BNB to an Altcoin Exchange

Your next step will be to trade your newly acquired BNB for some KKT. To do this you are going to have to link your TrustWallet account with an altcoin exchange platform that handles the trading pair BNB/KKT.

In the case of KKT, you are rather limited in terms of options, so we are going to be using PancakeSwap (V2)

PancakeSwap (V2) is what’s referred to as a DEX platform or ‘Decentralised Exchange.’ This type of exchange platform is a little different from some of the other systems. Unlike other exchange platforms, DEX doesn’t require verifications and KYC regulatory cohesion at the same level as other systems, as such DEX platforms do not keep track of your private keys. Therefore it is extremely important to keep track of your private keys because if these keys are lost the DEX platform will be unable to help you.

In your TrustWallet account go over to the dApps section at the bottom of the screen, and then look for PancakeSwap. In the top right-hand corner, you will see the option for ‘connect wallet,’ select this option. Now your TrustWallet is linked to the PancakeSwap exchange.

Now go on over to CoinMarketCap and lookup Kingdom Karnage. (KKT) On this page, you will find a ‘contracts’ link and an option to copy a link. Copy the address and then paste that address into PancakeSwap that is open in your TrustWallet App. This will allow you to ‘import’ the trading pair BNB/KKT.

Now you are free to trade BNB SmartChain for KKT. It is wise to look into the different trading options such as ‘slippage’ and select the appropriate type of trading option that suits you.

Last Step: Store KKT Securely

Congratulations you are now in possession of some KKT!

But now that you have some it is wise to start looking into where you are going to store them. In the case of KKT, you have a few options ranging from soft wallet browser extensions such as TrustWallet and MetaMask to hardware wallets like the Ledger Nano S and Ledger Nano X series.

It’s important to consider your needs when selecting a wallet system, so it helps to shop around. Once you’ve selected a system that hosts KKT, simply follow PancakeSwaps instructions and paste your wallet address into its withdrawal option and select ‘withdraw funds.’

While CryptoWallet.com doesn’t currently support the KKT token, this wallet system is worth keeping an eye on in the future. This wallet system is both versatile and easy to use and has road mapped a variety of new features and coin hosting privileges for the future.

Other Useful Tools for Trading KKT

While we are not permitted to give trading advice or suggestions, we can provide information regarding trading tools that, when utilized properly, can help you make better judgments when trading.

Most trading tools provide you with some sort of on-screen information that allows you to follow the asset’s movements, growth, price, volume, or intensity, and by using these tools in tandem you can make more informed decisions.

On-Balance-Volume (OBV) is a simple indicator that illustrates both positive and negative volume movement as well as the value direction of an asset’s movement trend.

The Average Directional Index (ADI) is a straightforward indicator that tells traders how strong a trend is. The asset’s movement intensity gives you a better idea of how frequently lengthy movements occur.

The Stochastic Oscillator displays the asset price over time and about a certain condition inside that time frame to traders.
